Overview: the box type resistance furnace belongs to the standard energy-saving periodic resistance furnace, which adopts the brick cotton composite structure and has the characteristics of low heat conduction, low heat capacity, good heat preservation effect and furnace temperature uniformity. It is mainly used for quenching, tempering, annealing, normalizing and other heat treatment of high soldering, high manganese steel castings, nodular cast iron, rolls, steel balls, crusher hammers, wear-resistant liners, flanges and other molds as well as various mechanical parts. It is also suitable for heat treatment of metal materials in colleges, universities and scientific research institutes.
According to different heat treatment processes, it can be divided into three types:
1. Medium temperature furnace (950 ℃) is used for quenching, tempering, normalizing, annealing and other heat treatment of general metal parts in oxidation atmosphere.
2. High temperature furnace (1200 ℃) can be used for quenching, tempering, normalizing and annealing of high alloy steel, austenitic stainless steel or other steel grades.
3. Ultra high temperature (1350 ℃) is used for heat treatment of high alloy steel parts, sintering of ceramic products and metal melting.
Basic structure: the box type resistance furnace consists of a fixed heating chamber and an electrical control system. The furnace body is composed of furnace shell, furnace lining, heating elements, furnace door, lifting mechanism and electrical control system.
